Delicious and easy-to-make homemade strawberry fruit roll-ups using just three ingredients.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170°F (75°C).
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then blend them in a food processor until smooth.
- Add honey or maple syrup and lemon juice to the blended strawberries and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 hours, or until the fruit leather is no longer sticky.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into strips.
- Roll up the strips and store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Make sure to use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
- Store the fruit roll-ups in a cool, dry place for up to a month.
