Description

Delicious and easy-to-make homemade strawberry fruit roll-ups using just three ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 170°F (75°C).
  2. Wash and hull the strawberries, then blend them in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup and lemon juice to the blended strawberries and mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 hours, or until the fruit leather is no longer sticky.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into strips.
  7. Roll up the strips and store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Make sure to use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
