Description

Crispy, golden-brown chicken bites coated in zesty buffalo sauce, perfect for gatherings and game nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Celery sticks (optional)
  • Ranch dressing (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dredge each chicken piece in the flour mixture until fully coated.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Carefully add chicken pieces to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Transfer cooked chicken to a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  6. Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing on the side.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate chicken in buttermilk for a few hours before cooking. Optionally, you can air fry or bake the chicken bites.
