- 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Celery sticks (optional)
- Ranch dressing (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken piece in the flour mixture until fully coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Carefully add chicken pieces to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Transfer cooked chicken to a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing on the side.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken in buttermilk for a few hours before cooking. Optionally, you can air fry or bake the chicken bites.
