Description

Buffalo Chicken Meatballs with Blue Cheese Dip is a delicious and spicy appetizer that combines the flavors of buffalo chicken with the creaminess of blue cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, buffalo sauce, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the blue cheese dip by mixing blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  7. Serve the meatballs hot with the blue cheese dip on the side.
