- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, buffalo sauce, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the blue cheese dip by mixing blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Serve the meatballs hot with the blue cheese dip on the side.
