Description

A fun and festive recipe for making bunny-shaped Rice Krispie treats, perfect for Easter celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • White chocolate melts
  • Pink candy melts
  • Edible eyes
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal, stirring until well coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased bunny-shaped mold or onto a baking sheet.
  5. Allow to cool completely before removing from the mold.
  6. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the cooled treats.
  7. Use pink candy melts to create the bunny’s nose and ears.
  8. Add edible eyes and sprinkles for decoration.

Notes

  • Make sure to grease your mold or baking sheet to prevent sticking.
  • For a fun twist, add food coloring to the marshmallow mixture.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
