Description

Cheeseburger Lava Cake Molten Melt is a unique dessert that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with the indulgence of a molten chocolate cake, creating a delightful and unexpected treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Grease ramekins and pour a layer of the batter into the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of cooked ground beef, followed by a layer of cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
  6. Top with more batter to cover the filling.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
