- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 150g bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 200g cream cheese
- 200g shredded cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in the canned tomatoes, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and bacon mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
