- 250g cream cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving a thick shell.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, grated cheese, sour cream, spring onions, bacon bits, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the hollowed cob loaf with the cheese mixture.
- Place the filled cob loaf on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with the removed bread pieces for dipping.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon bits.
- Feel free to add other ingredients like spinach or artichokes for extra flavor.
