- 2 pounds of baby potatoes
- 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
