Description

Delicious bite-sized appetizers filled with creamy spinach and artichoke dip, perfect for parties or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of phyllo pastry cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  4. Place the phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet.
  5. Fill each pastry cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
  • These bites can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables for dipping.
