- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of phyllo pastry cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Place the phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet.
- Fill each pastry cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
- These bites can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables for dipping.
