- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the sweet corn and cream of mushroom soup, mixing until well combined; season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Layer the frozen tater tots evenly over the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese bubbles.
Notes
For a make-ahead option, prepare the casserole in advance and store in the refrigerator until ready to bake. You can also customize with additional vegetables or spices.
