- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1–2 jalapeños, diced (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the chopped spinach, artichokes, jalapeños, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Feel free to add other ingredients like cooked bacon or different cheeses for variation.
