Ingredients

- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Add shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to taste, and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for extra crunch.
- This salad can be made a day in advance for meal prep.
