- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 12 wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cheese, green onions, and ranch dressing.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wonton wrappers into a taco shape and seal the edges.
- Fry the wonton tacos in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Top with diced tomatoes and additional green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a healthier option, bake the wonton tacos instead of frying.
