- 12 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place the wrapped mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Drizzle the sweet glaze over the bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the bacon in the glaze for a few hours before wrapping the mozzarella.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
