Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, corn, black beans, bell peppers, red onion, cheese, ranch dressing, and taco seasoning.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  4. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  5. Add a handful of shredded lettuce on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
