- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, corn, black beans, bell peppers, red onion, cheese, ranch dressing, and taco seasoning.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Add a handful of shredded lettuce on top of the chicken mixture.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
- For extra crunch, add tortilla chips inside the wrap.
