Description

A comforting and healthy alternative to traditional pizza, packed with lean protein and colorful veggies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken or turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, bell peppers, mushrooms, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe dish and ensure an even layer.
