Description

A delightful twist on classic s’mores, these roll-ups feature a crispy exterior and a warm, gooey chocolate center.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (like Nutella)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray or additional melted butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and stir until crumbly.
  4. Spread a layer of chocolate hazelnut spread over each tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and graham cracker mixture on one half of each tortilla.
  6. Roll up each tortilla tightly from the side without marshmallows.
  7. Place rolled-up tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Lightly spray or brush the top with cooking spray or melted butter.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
