A delightful twist on classic s’mores, these roll-ups feature a crispy exterior and a warm, gooey chocolate center.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (like Nutella)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cooking spray or additional melted butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar.
- Add the melted butter and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Spread a layer of chocolate hazelnut spread over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows and graham cracker mixture on one half of each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly from the side without marshmallows.
- Place rolled-up tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray or brush the top with cooking spray or melted butter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
