- 200g udon noodles
- 2 large eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add the cooked udon noodles and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Push the noodles to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
- Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the noodles, mixing everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper, then top with chopped green onions and crumbled bacon before serving.
