Description

A delightful breakfast dish combining udon noodles, eggs, and crispy bacon for a satisfying start to your day.


Ingredients

  • 200g udon noodles
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add the cooked udon noodles and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. Push the noodles to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
  5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the noodles, mixing everything together.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then top with chopped green onions and crumbled bacon before serving.
