A delicious and indulgent pizza bomb filled with gooey mozzarella cheese and seasoned with garlic, perfect for sharing or enjoying on your own.

- 1 package of pizza dough
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small squares.
- Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the dough balls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the cheese filling.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
