Description

Delicious wraps filled with grilled shrimp, crispy romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing, perfect for a summer feast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp by combining shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until fully cooked, then drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  5. Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
  6. Top with grilled shrimp, chopped romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese, and optional croutons or crumbled bacon.
  7. Fold sides of tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom to secure fillings.
  8. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

Make dressing and marinate shrimp ahead for deeper flavor. These wraps are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
