Instructions

- Take a slice of ham and place a slice of cheese on top.
- Roll the ham and cheese tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Dip each roll in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the rolls in the hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
