- 2 medium zucchinis
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 6 slices of bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and gently scoop out some of the center to create boats.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings until smooth.
- Fill each zucchini half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap a slice of bacon around each stuffed zucchini half.
- Place the zucchini boats on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the zucchini is tender and the bacon is crispy.
