Description

A delicious and savory dish featuring chicken thighs glazed with a sweet maple herb sauce, served alongside perfectly roasted vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the maple glaze.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
  5. In the same bowl, toss the mixed vegetables with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add the vegetables to the baking sheet around the chicken.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the glaze for a few hours before cooking.
  • Feel free to use any seasonal vegetables you have on hand.
  • Adjust the sweetness of the glaze by adding more or less maple syrup.
