Description

Delicious pan-fried buns filled with cabbage and noodles, perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup noodles, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, cooked noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Place a spoonful of the filling onto the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the buns to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
