Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the grated potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch.
  2. Drain and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  3. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Spread the potato mixture evenly in the skillet and press down.
  6. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  7. Flip the hash browns and cook for another 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden on both sides.
  8. Remove from the skillet and serve hot.
