Description

A delicious and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of root beer and vanilla ice cream in a pie form.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup root beer
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine root beer and vanilla ice cream until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the root beer mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Top with whipped cream before serving.
