A delicious and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of root beer and vanilla ice cream in a pie form.

- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 cup root beer
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine root beer and vanilla ice cream until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the root beer mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger root beer flavor, add more root beer to the mixture.
- Can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Garnish with root beer candies for extra flair.
