Description

Savory Shrimp Crab Biscuit Melts are delicious, flaky biscuits filled with a rich mixture of shrimp and crab, perfect for a delightful appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut it into rounds.
  4. Place a spoonful of the shrimp and crab mixture onto each biscuit round.
  5. Fold the biscuit over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
