Description

A delicious appetizer featuring shrimp served on seasoned crackers topped with sweet and spicy pepper jelly.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 package seasoned crackers
  • 1/2 cup pepper jelly
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned crackers on a baking sheet.
  4. Place the shrimp on top of each cracker.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Top each shrimp with a dollop of pepper jelly before serving.
