A delicious appetizer featuring shrimp served on seasoned crackers topped with sweet and spicy pepper jelly.

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 package seasoned crackers
- 1/2 cup pepper jelly
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the seasoned crackers on a baking sheet.
- Place the shrimp on top of each cracker.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Top each shrimp with a dollop of pepper jelly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, use hot pepper jelly.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Garnish with fresh herbs for added flavor.
