- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (14 oz) cranberry sauce
- 1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, onion soup mix, whole berry cranberry sauce, and soy sauce.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with the sauce before serving.
Notes
- Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
- Can be garnished with fresh parsley for added flavor.
