Description

A flavorful and easy-to-make slow cooker recipe featuring chicken cooked in a tangy cranberry sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (14 oz) cranberry sauce
  • 1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, onion soup mix, whole berry cranberry sauce, and soy sauce.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
