Description

A delicious and easy recipe for Slow Cooker Sausage and Peppers, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Top with the Italian sausage.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, stir and serve with crusty bread or over pasta.
