Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger. Mix well, add the shrimp, and coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add marinated shrimp to the skillet, cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Incorporate the pineapple chunks, stirring gently and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Plate the dish, garnishing with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate shrimp a couple of hours ahead. Consider using an air fryer or roasting in the oven for a hands-off approach.
