Description

A delightful and sweet treat perfect for Valentine’s Day, these Valentine Hearts Fudge are rich, creamy, and shaped like hearts to celebrate love.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of chocolate chips
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of heart-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into a heart-shaped silicone mold.
  5. Sprinkle heart-shaped sprinkles on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, remove from the mold and cut into heart shapes if necessary.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • For a different flavor, try adding a pinch of sea salt or a splash of almond extract.
  • These can be made ahead of time for Valentine’s Day celebrations.
