Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed. If desired, add a few drops of red food coloring to achieve a pink hue.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour the batter into a heart-shaped mold on the skillet, filling it about halfway.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then carefully flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
- Serve warm with syrup, whipped cream, or fresh berries.

- Make sure to use a heart-shaped mold for the pancakes to achieve the desired shape.
