- 200g udon noodles
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, and toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or snap peas.
- For a spicier version, add chili flakes or sriracha sauce.
- This dish can be made with chicken or tofu instead of shrimp for a different protein option.
