- 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hash browns
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the hash browns, crumbled bacon, and 1 cup of cheese in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Optionally garnish with chopped green onions.
