Description

A comforting breakfast casserole featuring crispy bacon, creamy eggs, and crunchy hash browns, perfect for family gatherings or lazy Sunday mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hash browns
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the hash browns, crumbled bacon, and 1 cup of cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Optionally garnish with chopped green onions.
