Description

A vibrant and refreshing Greek salad bursting with fresh vegetables, creamy feta, and briny olives, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 Juicy Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Crisp Cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Briny Kalamata Olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to drizzle
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop the tomatoes and cucumbers into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they are roughly the same size.
  2. Slice the olives and feta cheese into small pieces or crumble the feta.
  3. If desired, thinly slice the red onion.
  4. Combine the tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, feta cheese, and red onion in a large bowl.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and generously season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Toss gently to combine all ingredients without bruising the vegetables.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

This salad can be prepared a few hours in advance. For better results, keep the dressing separate until ready to serve.
