Description

Delicious crescent rolls filled with crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent dough
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the crescent dough package instructions.
  2. Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat with salt and pepper until fluffy.
  3. Prepare the crescent dough by rolling it out and separating it into triangles.
  4. Assemble the rolls by placing scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and cheese on each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide end towards the pointed end and pinch to seal.
  6. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray and place the rolls on it.
