Description

Deliciously crunchy dill pickles wrapped in crispy bacon, perfect as appetizers for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • Dill Pickle Spears
  • Bacon
  • Black Pepper (optional)
  • Garlic Powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap each dill pickle spear with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  3. Place the wrapped pickles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle with black pepper and garlic powder according to taste.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer.

Notes

Consider marinating pickle spears in pickle juice overnight for enhanced flavor. They can also be made in an air fryer for a quicker cooking time.
