Description

Delicious bites of dill pickles wrapped in crispy bacon, perfect for any gathering or as a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Dill pickles
  • Thick-cut bacon
  • Black pepper
  • Optional: Brown sugar or BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice whole pickles into spears about 2-3 inches long.
  3. Wrap each pickle spear snugly with a slice of bacon.
  4. Place the wrapped pickles on a baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
  5. Sprinkle with black pepper or drizzle with brown sugar or BBQ sauce if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the bacon is golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, skewer with toothpicks before baking. If short on time, consider using an air fryer at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
