Ingredients
- Dill pickles
- Thick-cut bacon
- Black pepper
- Optional: Brown sugar or BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice whole pickles into spears about 2-3 inches long.
- Wrap each pickle spear snugly with a slice of bacon.
- Place the wrapped pickles on a baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
- Sprinkle with black pepper or drizzle with brown sugar or BBQ sauce if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the bacon is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, skewer with toothpicks before baking. If short on time, consider using an air fryer at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
