Description

Delicious bacon-wrapped cocktail sausages with a sweet and spicy glaze, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of cocktail sausages
  • 1 package of bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bacon into thirds.
  3. Wrap a piece of bacon around each cocktail sausage and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Arrange the wrapped sausages in a baking dish in a single layer.
  5. Prepare the glaze by whisking together brown sugar, maple syrup, chili powder, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the glaze over the wrapped sausages.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the glaze is caramelized.
  8. Serve warm.
