- 1 package of cocktail sausages
- 1 package of bacon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the bacon into thirds.
- Wrap a piece of bacon around each cocktail sausage and secure with a toothpick.
- Arrange the wrapped sausages in a baking dish in a single layer.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking together brown sugar, maple syrup, chili powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the glaze over the wrapped sausages.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the glaze is caramelized.
- Serve warm.
