Description

Delicious little sausage bites wrapped in crispy bacon and glazed with a sweet maple and brown sugar mixture, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Little Smokies Sausages
  • 1 package Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bacon strips into thirds.
  3. Wrap each smokie with a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
  4. Mix together brown sugar, maple syrup, and black pepper in a bowl.
  5. Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet, seam side down.
  6. Brush the bacon-wrapped smokies with the brown sugar mixture.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. Can also be cooked in an air fryer for faster results.
