Description

A vibrant dish combining Cajun spiced salmon with a creamy avocado lime sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the baking sheet by placing the salmon fillets on parchment paper, skin-side down.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes with a fork.
  5. Make the creamy sauce by mashing the avocado with Greek yogurt, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
  6. Serve the salmon with the avocado lime sauce and garnish with cilantro.
