- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Whisk together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat each piece with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated chicken breasts evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Notes
For best results, marinate the chicken overnight. You can also use an air fryer for a quicker cooking option.
