Description

Deliciously seasoned chicken breasts baked to perfection with ranch flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley or chives)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Make the ranch paste by whisking together the ranch seasoning and olive oil in a mixing bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the ranch paste.
  4. Season with salt and pepper over the coated chicken.
  5. Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish with space between each piece.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Rest for a few minutes before slicing, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Marinate the chicken in the ranch paste beforehand for enhanced flavor.
