Description

Irresistibly succulent chicken skewers coated in a spicy-sweet Bang Bang sauce, perfect for grilling and sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb cubed chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Toss the cubed chicken with half of the prepared Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Skewer the Chicken: Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Cook the Skewers: Place the skewers in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve Hot: Drizzle the reserved Bang Bang sauce over the skewers or serve on the side.

Notes

Marinate chicken overnight for enhanced flavor. Ensure skewers are soaked before grilling.
