A comforting and indulgent dish of ground beef and creamy shell pasta, perfect for family gatherings and cozy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces shell pasta
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook the shell pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the shell pasta and cook until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, and brown evenly, draining any excess fat.
  3. Add sauce and cream: Stir in the tomato sauce and heavy cream, allowing to simmer.
  4. Combine pasta and seasonings: Fold in the cooked pasta shells, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Melt in the mozzarella: Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until melted.
  6. Serve hot: Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
