Description

A vibrant and refreshing pasta salad that combines the classic flavors of a BLT with creamy ranch dressing for the perfect summer dish.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (bowtie, rotini, or penne)
  • 4 strips of bacon (cooked until crispy)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil and adding the pasta. Follow package instructions until al dente, then drain and cool to room temperature.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, crumbled crispy bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Dress the salad by pouring the ranch dressing over the mixture and gently tossing to coat everything evenly.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
