Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the softened butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy, approximately 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour, almond flour, and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Flatten a small ball of dough, place a few blueberries in the center, and fold the dough around the fruit before rolling into a smooth ball.
- Arrange the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet, allowing space between them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool before dusting them generously with powdered sugar.
