- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 24 oz jar of tomato sauce

Instructions
- Cook the Bowtie Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Brown it, breaking it apart as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Sauté Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the beef and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add Tomato Sauce: Pour in the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Combine Pasta and Sauce: Fold the cooked bowtie pasta into the sauce, stirring gently until well coated.
- Serve: Dish out the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute ground turkey or chicken. Add vegetables for extra nutrition.
