- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 cups Cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- Toppings: Diced Tomatoes, Chopped Cilantro, Avocado, Jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and seasoned.
- Layer flour tortillas in a baking dish, slightly overlapping.
- Spread refried beans over the tortillas evenly.
- Add the cooked ground beef over the beans.
- Sprinkle cooked rice over the beef layer.
- Layer sour cream over the rice.
- Sprinkle cheese on top generously.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Cool slightly, add desired toppings, slice, and serve hot.
